1. What We Do
Curv POS and partners provide integrated payment processing solutions for software platforms, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), enterprises, and merchants. Our services include credit/debit card payments, ACH transactions, and digital payment processing.  

2. Who Can Use Our Services
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. The information you provide must be accurate and up-to-date. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.  

3. Fees & Payments
Fees are clearly stated before you sign up for our services. Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions. We may update our fees, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.  

4. Responsible Use
Do not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities. Do not provide false business or personal information. You must respect third-party policies and intellectual property rights when using our services.  

5. Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We employ encryption and fraud protection to ensure the security of transactions.  

6. SMS Messaging
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again, and we will resume sending SMS messages.  

7. Limits of Liability
Clover Network and partners are not responsible for losses due to system failures, third-party actions, or user errors. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid us in the last three months.  

8. Canceling & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.  

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes before they take effect.

This promotional offer is valid from June 1, 2025 through September 1, 2025, and is available exclusively to new CurvPOS customers who have not maintained an active CurvPOS account within the past six months. Eligible participants may receive up to $500 in credits or discounted pricing toward qualifying CurvPOS hardware and software packages, designed to support fast setup and streamlined operations across retail, hospitality, and service-based businesses.

To qualify, customers must (1) enroll in an eligible CurvPOS package during the promotional window, (2) receive account approval within this period, (3) complete installation and activate their system within 30 days of approval, and (4) process a qualifying volume of card transactions within the first 60 days. Any applicable credits will be applied once all conditions are met.
